First thing I got was a lemon. Other reviews were good. Unfortunately, this charger does not work properly. I plug it in and start charging. I'll check later and it stopped charging when the battery level is 30% or some other low level. I left my laptop on all night and it was down to 50%. I started paying attention to where it connects to the computer. I plugged it in and a little light came on. Satisfied I left only to come back shortly and it didn't recharge. It doesn't hold onto or connect to the computer, but just slides out just enough to stop charging. Based on other reviews I think this could be a separate issue. Discussing return, except I have to drive out of town and need a charger. The company contacted me and sent me a new charger - without me contacting them! Good customer service. The new charger seems to be working fine! Everything advertised. Many Thanks
