The most important thing I can say about this product is to know that you will use it before you buy it. If you're a fast runner or a fast mountain biker I wouldn't recommend these based on the fit. They do not enter the ear canal but sit on the stalk of the helix if you look at the anatomical diagram. I have a pair of SoundPEATS magnetic earphones that go through the ear canal and have a vertical "wing" to stabilize them, like the more popular Jaybird brand. I also have the Shure SE315 wired in-ear headphones, which fit snugly in my ear canal and have over-the-ear and behind-the-ear cable loops for stability. Both styles are more suited to active sports than Microsoft headphones. My use case was calls while walking around the house or while driving. We're in a speakerphone state right now, and using the speakerphone while the phone is plugged into air vents doesn't work very well in the summer. The sound is sufficient for podcasts and music. Since they do not get into the ear canal, there is a lot of background noise. This is great for driving, but if you're trying to turn off background noise during a call, your only option is to turn up the volume. Microsoft's headphones aren't advertised as sound-isolating or noise-cancelling, so these features weren't expected, but if you're used to the passive sound isolation of earbud-style headphones, this will be a big change. It took about a week trying different silicone sizes to get size L for both ears. Don't be afraid to have different sizes on each ear. I took both M and L for comfort but chose L for a slimmer fit. The call quality is excellent. The colleague had no idea that I got in the car and drove off. They thought I was still in my home office. Is it Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Buds or a combination? Who knows, but the result was very impressive. I've tried some aftermarket ear gels for Samsung earbuds that fit better but don't fit the charging case. Taking them out multiple times a day is not the best solution. Overall they work well for the reasons I bought them. A better match would raise this to 5 stars. Depending on the shape of your ears, they may be 5 stars for you.
