I was skeptical about the wearing comfort of in-ear headphones. I have tried others in the past and they have been very uncomfortable. For the last few years I've been using flat earbuds that sit in the ear and when they broke I looked for a replacement. The reviews for this product were good, but in a different format than I expected. I usually use podcasts when I fall asleep, I usually listen to them for about five or 10 minutes before I fall asleep. I don't usually listen to music when I'm trying to sleep, so I don't need anything high quality. These headphones are quite comfortable and I can attest to the sound quality of the spoken word. (I'm not saying they're bad for music, I just don't use them that way.) The profile is low enough that they don't get stuck in the ear canal even when I put them in my ear. They have the added benefit of offering decent noise cancellation (which isn't enough for an airplane, but ideal for typical household noise). I've been using them for a few weeks now and love them. I highly recommend them if you're looking for great headphones to help you fall asleep.
