The user interface of this software seems to be very intuitive for users with no previous experience using it (like me). I like how you can create your own topics or categories within each section to organize all related information into one place without having multiple tabs open at once! You also have many options when creating new documents as well such as adding images/videos etc.. There are some other features which would make things easier if they were customizable but overall good so far. This program has helped us manage our internal customer communications better than before by allowing communication between different departments while maintaining confidentiality among them. It's been great being able to use something similar across my team instead of emailing back n forth every time we need help from another department.
