Let me tell you, I learned the hard way that they DO NOT put a 90 degree bend in the gas lines of a household tumble dryer. I need to get the dryer closer to the wall and bought two of these to try and get the line to rotate and give me more headroom to get the dryer closer to the wall. Because the dryer ports are both flared and these ports are female NPT threads. it rolls well but it leaks like a sieve. I gave the product 4 stars because it seems to be of very good quality, it just doesn't match the gas dryer hoses. Looks like I need a 3/8 x 3/8 female flash flare. What upsets me is that such an elbow doesn't seem to exist. In the entire inventory of gas clothes dryers, hasn't anyone had to use their elbows to lay a gas line? I do not understand.
