Susceptible to mold if stored incorrectly

I bought this brush specifically to use with an antifungal shower gel to clean my toenails. I've seen my toenails turn an unusually dark color so I wanted to make sure I didn't have a toenail fungus problem. Now my feet look better than ever so I trust this deep cleaning brush I can get. The only problem is that I left the brush on the shelf in the shower and noticed this on the brush itself. I only use this brush with my antifungal body wash so I didn't think mold would be an issue. but this. I recommend drying this brush after use and storing it in a dry place.
