We received these for an "exciting" birthday party for our three year old. The theme was bathing, rubber duckies and a soap making project so these bubbles were the perfect decoration. We kept the Christmas decorations simple, so we just hung a few strings of these bubbles from the ceiling above our table, which had a water patterned tablecloth. That's all we really need to make everything look festive. As people keep asking about this and it's hard to tell from the pictures, the bubbles are made of clear plastic with a small opaque white print to define the edges and add a "reflection" to make them look 3D. and they hang by a very thin thread of silver. You will also receive two bubble packs, each with multiple strands. We only needed one set so we need to plan another party that needs bubbles!
