Stable and durable, I will buy again.
I use garbage bags and municipal garbage bags. Our city only accepts recyclables in their original form, not in a plastic bag, so PlasticMill can liners are great for this purpose and one of them has survived so far after many collections. It fastens with a large elastic band, sold separately.
