Very good for relieving back and hip pain. I don't like that the spots you have to use for the belt loops are the same as my belt loops. Existing Velcro fasteners come loose when getting in and out of the cruiser. And it's so hard to put on alone. But all these things are very miner-like. Really helps with back pain. My pain was so bad I figured I'd have to give up law enforcement in 20 years. I would recommend it to a friend. This is a great purchase.
