I've been sane for almost 2 years and haven't had any problems. I love it. I think it helped my experience that someone who has used them before gave me some advice. I will try to share some tips. Top up with cream sugar and vanilla, then put the lid on and shake 3 times. As soon as you insert the charger into the holder and screw it onto the bottle, you will audibly break the seal on the charger. Dispenser cannot be opened (pressure is released). Don't shake too vigorously as the whipped cream will splatter all over the place. Give it a try and shake it a little more if needed.
