Popsicle molds are good for ice cream molds
Got this for popsicles. But then I discovered that it can be used for fudge. As for her release. Leave for a few minutes. Then pry off the bottom of each fondant. I put them in 5" x 6" bags and then put them back in the freezer. Easy to use and clean. Has a top to cover and holds sticks so they don't warp and fall to the ground.
