"I mean when the temperature is between 35 and 55 or so Togo; You don't want to carry your heavy parka or ultralight jacket as it's going to be cold raining all day long. Where I live we've had quite a few of those days lately. The fabric of this jacket is perfect for reflecting the flow of water. The lining is as soft and dense as a heavier quilted jacket, but doesn't reach the bottom of the coat, giving you an extra layer, but not a heavy one. Also, I'm very sick of the oppressive black coats - the color is cheerful, but it doesn't look too young for an older lady.
