Review on 🏃 XOSS Optical Armband Heart Rate Monitor: Bluetooth 4.0 & ANT+ Wireless Health Accessories for Fitness Tracking by Zha Rivera

I have a Xoss G+ bike computer. I also have a spinning with an ifit subscription. I bought this monitor hoping to pair it with the tablet I use for ifit bike videos but I can't figure out how to pair the monitor with my tablet or with my bike computer. I can connect it to my iPhone but I don't want to watch bike videos on my phone because of the small screen. You would think a Xoss heart rate monitor would be easy to pair with a Xoss bike computer, right? I can't find this guide anywhere and I don't want to spend hours looking for it. I have a Garmin smartwatch that measures heart rate and connects to both my phone and tablet. Unfortunately the ifit app doesn't show heart rate, so I need a separate monitor. I was hoping this monitor would suit my needs as it is so small and light, but it is too heavy.
