Delivery was quick (less than a week from the order date), the tablet was in perfect condition. I started using and loving it. The pen is soft and very easy to use and what I like most is its size. I had another tablet: Wacom, but this one is much bigger. It's also very easy to download the file from their website and it comes with a short and very helpful instruction manual. It includes everything shown in the picture: a tablet, a pen, a pen holder, spare pen tips (8), a pair of gloves, a string. , a small cleaning brush.
