Good value for money and works very well.
I've read a few reviews and the most important thing is that you know how it works before you complain. I've been using it for 2 days to fix 3 dents on my car and while it doesn't smooth out the creases it makes it hard to see even a small dent. I had a small dent on the bend of the wheel arch opening that I've made 20 times and it's almost imperceptible. I stretched some plastic pieces because I applied too much hot glue, so it's more my fault than the product.
