All the good things in one fantastic product. I replaced a fairly old Kitchenaid that had some things I really hated. First, the lid was full of little ridges that were difficult to clean - Brown doesn't have ridges for catching food! Second, my cookware was NOT airtight, so once I mixed the liquids it was all over! - Brown is fully sealed as it is a durable bowl. I love this feature! Variable speed is very useful. Does everything from the most complex slicing and chopping to whipping cream. I like the many different options in this processor. Another thing is that the blades are detachable so storage is much easier than 5 individual blades with pads attached. Runs super quiet. This is a great product.
