I like having a smaller Brita pitcher. When it's full (especially if you're small) it's easier to manage but still has enough water for the whole day. This smaller jug fits in any fridge without taking up too much shelf or even door space. The only criticism is that the filter is very difficult to insert and replace. You'll need to line it up exactly so that the lid of the jar fits on top. On other Brita pitchers, the filter will fit whichever side it's facing, but in this case it can only face one way, so keep twisting and trying until it slides completely flush. No visible markings, nothing noticeable. You have to work on that, it's stupid.
