I like that it is very easy to use, has many features at an affordable price point for small businesses looking just starting out with digital marketing or those who are not tech savvy in general! It's great because you can easily manage your social media accounts from one place which makes things easier when trying new content ideas as well!! Nothing really comes across negatively about this software but there could be more options available depending upon how much traffic they receive daily/monthly etc., however their customer service team does help answer any questions quickly if needed so no complaints here either.

Definitely recommend using smileit solutions - helps us keep track of our clients' activities online (social networking sites) plus we've been able get some leads through them too- nothing negative yet though :).
