I build retaining walls and decking. I've used N95 to filter fine dust, airborne cement and sawdust particles. I can always smell concrete and sawdust when wearing N95. Even with a properly fitting N95, the tight straps dig into my ears and the metal noseband is also uncomfortable, making long-term wear for hard work not ideal. This WORKCARE respirator is very comfortable to wear. In fact, I wore it for 3 hours without any discomfort while working on my patio. The respirator could filter out all odors, even the smell of pressure-treated wood. As an added bonus, when I exercise a lot in the sun, my sweat easily seeps into the N95 and causes a suffocating sensation if not removed. It's not the ventilator. The closure is tight enough but comfortable, allowing a minimal amount of sweat to get inside. My only concern is the frequency and cost of changing the filter. Despite this, I personally think that this respirator is much more profitable when comparing the cost of N95. I highly recommend it.
