Horrible horrible experience with it! First, the heater itself is made of cheap plastic. Second, it took an hour at full temperature to melt the hardwax beans they sent. Third and foremost, the wax was of poor quality. I wouldn't remove 90% of the hair on my legs. Even soft and thin hair on the arms cannot be plucked. If you've been shaving for a while, good luck getting rid of your hair with it. I hate how I wasted two hours of my time on this thing! And this is from a man who has been waxing at home for about 5 years! I do not recommend this product at all!
