I originally bought this as a bite guard, but it makes a great little container for soaking/cleaning stuff. When you open the packaging for the first time, you will notice that it is a solid case made of quite thick plastic. The edges aren't the best and probably need some sanding in a few places, but not too much. My first issue was quite difficult to open. The lock is pre-locked and it took me a little effort to unlock it first. Then the tab itself is quite muscular and it required significant pressure to open. However, after opening and closing it several times, things have largely smoothed out. However, sometimes it accidentally opened on me when trying to use the lock. This could have happened if I hadn't made sure it was fully closed (a few rough edges on the locking tab break this). All in all, this is a fully functional case. The brush that comes with it is nice because it has both large and fine bristles. It doesn't quite fit into the case cutout on the side, but the lid itself also has a shallow cutout to accommodate the ledge, so everything closes snugly. The mirror in the lid is a nice addition. In general, the thing is very functional. It's a bit rough in spots, but nothing major that's stopping it from getting the job done.
