Good Bakeware Cooling Grills
These little cooling racks seem sturdy enough for the purpose I bought them for which is to cool cooked meat and fish before putting them in the fridge. When chilling on a plate, only one side is chilled at a time. The ends of the wires at the attachment points on the frame are not flattened and can be scratched or punctured. I would give these racks 5 stars if the ends were flattened.
