Unfortunately, the KetoLogic online store did not live up to my hopes and expectations. My shopping trip, which I had anticipated would be easy and pleasurable, did not turn out to be what I had hoped it would be. I was quite disappointed. At every turn, I was met with frustration and confusion; from the disorganized and confusing structure of their website to the absence of clear information regarding their items, I found myself to be in this state. When I attempted to get assistance from their customer service team, I was faced with comments that were useless and disrespectful, which left me feeling even more disheartened. When my order eventually arrived, I was disappointed to see that the items I had purchased were not the same as what was stated on the website where I placed the order. The quality was not up to the standard that I had come to expect from other health and wellness companies, and the flavor was not as good as I had hoped it would be. In general, I am unable to in good conscience suggest the KetoLogic online store to anyone who is searching for a dependable and fun experience while they are shopping. My feelings of frustration and disappointment were brought on by their lack of commitment to providing excellent customer service and attention to detail, and as a result, I will not be returning to their business for any future purchases.
