Needed to install the A-pillar on my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Z71. I have seen many videos of other compression tools flexing/flexing under the pressure of a compressible spring. That didn't happen with this Kako spring compressor. It was easy to use and could be used with my air ratchet. Very stable, will not bend or twist the tool. Compressed the spring without difficulty. I put sealant on the threads of the bolts to keep them lubricated and it worked great. Easily holds the springs in a compressed state, which allowed me to disassemble the strut assembly and replace the shock. Saved a lot of money by purchasing this set.
