Review on Get Ready For Adventure With Step2'S Red All Around Canopy Wagon by Danny Thomas

Highly disappointed that when I tried to put this together for my daughter on her birthday, we found that many of the assembly parts were missing. The safety straps, some of the wheel caps (that hold the wheels on), many of the washers, and some of the screws were not in the box. I had to call the company to obtain replacements of these items, which actually went much smoother than I thought it would. They said they are sending a full hardware kit free of charge and that it will be here in 5-7 days, which means that eventually my daughter will have her wagon, but that I am stuck with a 2yo who doesn't understand why we have a wagon in a box and not one that she can ride in. Hopefully the parts arrive when expected, but still, I would have expected better from this brand than to have so many vital assembly pieces missing.Update - 3 days after original review:The replacement parts are already here. Had to come back and improve my rating of the product based on the fact that I would give customer service 5 stars. If not for the fact that the original package was missing parts, I would have given the product 5 stars overall.
