When I found the connector in my 2007 Acura RDX, it worked great. I put the fuse in a box under the hood (just a spot with no fuse), plugged it into the blue connector and that's it. HOWEVER, my RDX has an access panel on the driver's side, but the connector wasn't there. I felt wrapped up and I was tempted to pick that side apart. I then decided to try other "disk access" statements. They weren't very accurate, but they got me looking at the passenger side. I found a plug under the black piece of styrofoam surrounding the spare tire. I didn't remove it, just lifted the end closest to the seat. I removed all mats and covers including the part that touches the back seat.
