Used for septum piercing. Took a photo just for reference for others. I also have a small nose and have 8mm 18g. It's the perfect size to fit snugly in my piercing! I also like that it's small, personally I don't like big decorations. So if you want something tight I suggest going with 8mm if you want something looser than 10mm.
