I like the material this case is made of! In the end I placed the reyax ry836ai (GPS+AHRS) module under the Raspberry Pi board. and screw the antennas over the board. (just because iPads without a cellular module don't have proper built-in GPS and you'll lose your position beyond 1000 feet). love for the material. It doesn't crack, it bends! The fans are loud, but you can't hear them in the cockpit. They weren't even out of the box. I heated the knife and cut the tip off one of them and now my board fits perfectly and the case closes with no gaps. This is the only case I've tried for the Stratux and I see no need to try another.
