Top quality, but sized for a large woman or man, not a small or medium woman. This is way too big to use on my 120 lb. disabled adult daughter. Yes, it is adjustable (one-size-fits-all), but it has to wrap around her waist almost twice, creating a looong tail tucked inside. It's also very wide, reaching up toward her bustline when she sits. You'd think the strong, durable material would be an asset, but it's actually so sturdy, it doesn't bend for comfort. It's a very wide, very long, stiff belt. (It is nicely padded.) Bottom line, probably perfect for a large person, very good quality, but too big for a smaller adult.
