My dog is allergic to cotton and several other skin/allergy issues. When her skin gets really bad I use this shirt to keep her from scratching and causing allergies on her skin. Love that it's lightweight and breathable, and also NOT made of cotton which is hard to find in dog shirts. Washes well and my fluffy baby feels very comfortable in it. However, I wish they had offered more colors/styles. I ordered XL for my 22lb Boston Terrier. Her measurements: neck 14, chest 20, length 14.
