Let me start by saying that this is one of the most expensive cordless vacuums out there, but still cheaper than most Dyson v11 models (latest tech). Overall, I LOVE my LG vacuum! Pros: - Extremely light weight at around 5 lbs - Suction is excellent in normal mode - Easily vacuums pet hair (I have a pit bull and a long haired cat) - Surprisingly very quiet (quieter than my upright Dyson Ball Animal 2) even in Turbo mode ! - Includes a spare filter - All filters are washable - There are multiple ways to set up the charging stand, including strong hidden adhesive pads so you don't have to drill into the wall - You can charge both batteries at the same time The charging station - The charging station keeps almost everything neatly yours nozzles. There is no need to press a start button during the entire suction time. Instead, there is an on/off switch on the handle. The handle is very ergonomic. All attachments can be easily attached or removed with one click. The adjustable telescoping handle is great for smaller people (I'm 5'0"). long human hair in one of his whisks (I've broken a lot of vacuums in my life because I forgot to remove my long hair from the whisks) Cons: - The bin isn't very big - If you're very tall, this vacuum might be too short for comfort (Dyson v11 is slightly longer) I really wanted the Dyson v11 Outsize originally but couldn't justify the price Yes, that is their most amazing technology in cordless vacuums yet, but it's still too expensive. I've even thought about buying some older models like Dyson v8 or v10 but still couldn't decide. After doing a little research and watching YouTube After watching comparison videos I came across the Vacuum Wars channel, they make very good, honest and unbiased videos on the LG CordZero A9!At that moment I was totally sold. If you're looking for an even cheaper alternative to those pricey cordless vacuums, I'd recommend the Anker Eufy HomeVac S11 as it's about half the price of this LG vacuum. The main reason I didn't buy it is that it has a trigger when cleaning and is a pound or two heavier. I didn't like the price either.
