I have never replaced a watch band before and this only took me a few minutes to install! I have this Timex watch that I absolutely love, but their leather watch bands are terrible - mine broke in under 3 months and their leather itself is stiff. This watch band is a total game changer. The leather is a lot softer, and it even looks nicer with a more leather-y texture. The box comes with a QR code for a video tutorial on how to replace the band. I am a satisfied customer!
