I bought this backpack for my 5'1" skinny friend. The 14-inch laptop, all of its books and touchpad protection weigh a fraction of the weight of its previous Swiss backpack. When we saw it in a store for $75 (after a 25% discount), we decided to look for a cheaper price. $55 is very good! Now he doesn't look as clumsy as he used to, and when he buckles his waist straps, all the weight is taken off his shoulders. Even when walking normally, there is a space between the backpack and the back, which allows the back to be ventilated. He really likes his new backpack and the fact that it has so many nifty pockets. I originally thought it was just a useless backpack, but it really has so many uses and is pretty handy.
