I ordered 2 pairs, the first pair didn't fit, and the second pair only worked on the left side. I just ordered a third pair and hope it works this time. I only order these because my wife likes that they are comfortable and don't fall out. she has small ears. **Update after receiving 3rd pair** After ordering 3rd, I finally realized what was wrong with these headphones. There's a thin sticker covering the charging ports on the earbuds, which need to be removed in order for them to charge. The instructions don't state this and the sticker itself is transparent so you won't notice them by looking at them. This caused a lot of heartache and possibly 2 orders that were returned for no reason. This sticker should be solid and have a tab saying it should be removed.
