Not compatible as promised

The screen I was sent is not compatible as promised in the product description. The screen works when you turn it on for the first time, but after a reboot the backlight doesn't work. This was not a hardware issue on my end as I ordered the screen from another supplier and it worked perfectly. I had two similar cases with this seller. I do not recommend buying from this seller, many others sell compatible screens.
