They stand up to rough handling a little better than others. This is unlimited if you are not using your device while charging. I don't have that luxury. My cords trip, step and are usually neglected until I need to use them. They tend to fail at the end of the gear when the Illuminator's blade breaks under pressure. I have already broken one, if I break the second I will rearrange them because they hold up better than many others I have abused and destroyed.
