Some pros: Easy to use, makes good coffee. The first coffee maker in our house, previously brewed in a Turk and brewed in a French press. Got cons: If you add milk, then the temperature of the drink is not too high, and the instructions say that the milk should be cold. We heat the container itself before pouring the milk, whisk, but it's still warm. Perhaps they didn’t figure out the instructions completely, because the arrow on the dial never rises to the very top limit. Judging by the dial of the thermometer, it is always in the region of 90-100 degrees, where the "red cup" is indicated
