I knew that Lopie's online store for phone accessories would be ideal for me because of the emphasis it places on efficiency and comfort. Unfortunately, I came away from it all feeling let down. Although they have a broad selection of goods, I had a hard time navigating the website and finding what I needed. It took me a lot more time than it should have to find the simple case I needed to buy on the site. It was also annoying trying to check out. The website's poor response time made it even more difficult for me to enter my payment information correctly. At last, my shipment arrived, and I was dismayed to see that the case had obvious signs of previous use, including scratches. The goods arrived broken, which was a major letdown. As a life coach who stresses the value of satisfying internet purchases, I was disappointed by Lopie's. My advice is to search elsewhere if you expect a simple and straightforward web storefront.
