We have a patch that will absorb it all. (build a house? DO NOT make walls like this) We have a naughty boy splashing paint on the wall by the door. We tried the powder and every other spray that worked at first but didn't remove the smell after the spray dried. Not only does the hiss get rid of the trail, which others haven't, it also gets rid of the stink. We have noticed that the cats no longer return to the same place. Well, it might smell worse at first. But when it dries, the smell will disappear. Bad soaks required more than one application. On a chair cushion I had to use it 4 times and left the cushion out in the sun all day. That's all we're using now. BUT! Buy an empty two-pill bottle rather than this pre-filled one-pill bottle. Ours came empty in a very wet box. It was packaged flat, with the lid loose and not even shrink-wrapped in case it leaked! (I only bought an extra bottle with the pill pack because we have a two story house and got tired of looking for a spray bottle! So one for each floor.)
