Everything is fine with this sponge. I just thought it was too little and more effort than it's worth. Instead, I use a regular Real Technique sponge. Maybe I'm just not a perfectionist who needs a precise sponge. . . Just my opinion, save money and buy a regular sized sponge and use the pointed side of the sponge to place your products in small areas.
