Good Customer Service, Product Misses The Mark
The first scooter came with a broken basket. The manufacturer replaced the item for me - very quickly and great communication. Here's the problem - the one and only - there is no handle. In order to move the wagon around you have to bend over and push it or pick it up. If I could easily do those things, I wouldn't need a scooter. These are a great idea. Selling them without handles is pointless.
