More suited to solo play

My wife and I were recently introduced to the game of pickleball when we moved into the 55+ community and we loved it. It got a lot of 5 star reviews on Revain so we decided to order two paddles plus some Franklin outdoor pickleballs. This may be better suited for solo play, but for couples you may prefer lighter paddles - the grips are comfortable for both sexes. that the sweet spot for this racquet isn't as big as other racquets we've played with. Summary: While we think this racquet meets our needs as a beginner, we felt it after playing with it for a few weeks and hearing feedback from more experienced players. Since we recommend Selkirk or Paddletek paddles, we needed a lighter paddle. We've since bought Paddletek Phoenix LTE paddles (still good for beginners), which are about 7.3-7.5 ounces lighter.
