This is a great product. Extremely sturdy and easy to assemble. Zupapa provided everything needed to set the trampoline up including tools and a pump for the balls that were included. Even more impressive than the product itself was their customer service! We had a late season snowstorm that resulted in large limbs falling on the trampoline and damaging the netting supports. I contacted Zupapa customer support with the intention of repurchasing the broken parts and Yucy from their support team had them shipped in less than a week for FREE. She responded to each email within 24 hrs and had the replacements on my porch in about 5 days from when I initially reached out. I was blown away by their attention to resolving my issue and helping me fix an issue that had nothing to do with the quality of their product. Thanks Yucy!
