Case fits and works well on my 2018 Synergy. It also reflects the large amount of heat generated inside the RV. The cover is installed quite quickly and, as promised, completely covers the windshield and side windows. The only trick to installation is getting the corner pockets right at the top of the door so the lid stays securely in place. It is also important to have a cover under the wipers to keep the lower part in place on the windshield. My only concern (and reason for the rating) is that the vinyl used is fairly light, so it's a question of durability. Especially the vinyl used for the pockets that fit in the top corner of each door. They're made from very thin vinyl, which poses a bigger problem than the case itself, as they're essential for a good fit while maintaining most of the tension needed to hold the top in place. I think the bags tear easily and I'll be surprised if they last more than a season. However, my suitcase has been used daily for the last 30 days (I keep it for protection even when I'm not using the camper) and it has survived 60mph winds and some hail in good condition. If the support pockets are torn at the corners, strapping is applied instead of vinyl. Unfortunately, the company didn't use heavier material. However, at $55 I would recommend this cover over other custom covers I've seen cost a few hundred.
