I don't understand the bad reviews either. I've been using this phone for two years now and it has excellent accuracy and user-friendly features. Reviewer who mentioned speakerphone dropouts: I noticed that too, but it's caused by ambient noise. When using the speakerphone, I also use the mute button to listen and then unmute when I need to speak. I'm buying a second one because a whole cup of coffee jumped out of my cup this morning and soaked the floor. phone by disabling all bottom buttons. Tip to the wise: don't spill coffee on this phone!
