The installation instructions are clear and easy to use. All parts are there. The design is stable in terms of the rigidity of the connection to the desktop. It has every form of flexibility you could need - vertical, sideways, tilt, swivel, etc. The only downside - and this may be unique to my setup - I'm using 2 monitors, which are just the right size (32 inches) for the Monitor have gun manufacturers. But the monitor's weight balance is more than the tilt mechanism can handle. This causes the monitor to tilt forward and rotate sideways due to gravity. I tightened everything as only humanly possible. I ended up supporting each monitor with both hands. The top two screws on the monitor attach to both the bottom and top arms of the stand and stabilize it. Which defeats the purpose of a 4 holder stand and makes it a 2 holder. But then again, that's because I use two large, vertically aligned monitors. I would still recommend this product but probably shouldn't exceed a 27" or 29" monitor.
