I was looking forward to stowing my under sink cleaning products on this rack. I wanted one with a narrow upper shelf to fit around the disposal, and I wanted it to have the capability to slide so I wouldn't have to bend all the way over to retrieve the particular cleaning product I was after. While this rack was very easy to assemble, it did not slide. There was something interfering with the mechanism. When I contacted the seller, I was given a short description of the environmental problems of Chinese electroplating plants polluting the air, a description of a "new and improved" product coming down the line for the future, and a waiting time of 25 days to receive another unit. No thanks. I ordered another brand of sliding 2 tiered rack and I'm happy with it, as it performs the desired task of holding my cleaning products AND sliding forward to make access to them easy.
