Very happy with these frames for the price. That's what the frame should be - a minimalist style that doesn't detract from the artwork and a pane of real glass that lets all colors through. The construction is pretty solid; The outside is colored laminate over fiberboard, but they have real glass, so they're a good weight. The white mat is strong enough and the backing is made of medium density fibers so it doesn't flex too much. Clamps and wire included for height or width mounting. For those complaining about the size of the rug; This is quite common with all pre-cut matte card stock. Of course you will lose fractions of an inch at the edges - this is called "bleeding" and allows for imperfect trimming and alignment. It reminds me a lot of the iconic IKEA RIBBA frames which I don't buy. more since they switched to using plastic lenses. Coincidentally they are marked "Made in Poland" which is where some of my RIBBA frames are from. Same supplier? Maybe. Anyway, the style fits!
