Review on SunFounder ATmega2560 16AU Board Compatible Arduino by Brad Ward

Be careful I think Sunfounder was a reliable brand, the board I received had the wrong components on the board. Instead of a 5V regulator it was actually made with a 3.3V regulator which is insufficient for many projects including mine. I agreed with them when in doubt and asked for a replacement which they happily accepted only to find the replacement board had the same issue. They refunded me the fee but it was very frustrating and my project was delayed a few weeks. When you buy them, check the component part numbers and make sure that if you connect them through a voltage regulator (not USB), it will output 5 volts on the 5V pin.
