So, good afternoon. I bought it on May 6th, I have been using it for six months now. The kit did not have one plastic plug, and the other was in two copies. I contacted the seller, they delivered the right plug. The chair was easy to assemble and the instructions are good. The material of the screws for the Phillips screwdriver is not bad, it did not work out. Now to the explanation. 5 months sitting in the lowest position and my poor tailbone. The material is quite soft, it folds under the buttocks, but presses into the coccyx. Get used to it in 2-3 weeks. About 3 weeks ago I bought a new table and increased the height of the chair. A new problem has appeared. I prefer an almost vertical position (1-2 "clicks" from the vertical one) and lean with the entire "back area" on the back of the chair. In this position, the density of the foam is felt, which is used as a lumbar support and this strongly bends the back (excessive lordosis). This will tire your back quickly. I solved the problem by taking out the foam and putting a few small towels in the "bag" of the lumbar support. Luckily, he loosens up. Consider this when buying. If you strike the armrest on something, a trace remains. Traces from the table (chipboard) are erased, but from something harder - not always. There are few protruding threads. On my chair, they are at the back and do not attract attention. The chair creaks and wobbles a little. The wobble is almost imperceptible and does not distract. The creak is also not with every movement, so it does not cause any particular inconvenience. A little about the pillow under the head. She is attracted to the chair loosely, hanging and dangling. I immediately took it off and set it aside. Used a couple of times in six months. During use, the fabric was not worn out, nothing broke, the threads did not come out. In general, I am satisfied with the purchase, but it could be better. Most saddened lumbar support, but the problem is solved quite simply. 01/13/2023: Around November 8, the gas lift stopped holding the set position (the chair lowered itself). The seller promptly sent a new gas lift by courier. So far, everything is working.
